As the CEO and President, Jerome brings his distinguished leadership experience and unique entrepreneurial perspective and expertise to the contact center business and customer service industry.

 

Jerome has served in various leadership roles with experience that leverages his corporate, retail, government and nonprofit capabilities to identify process improvement opportunities and create innovative solutions for customer service delivery in the 21st century.  His background includes serving as the nation’s 1st African American Denny’s Franchise owner and working in the government as a 2011 White House Candidate for the U.S. Small Business Administration.

 

Jerome’s community involvement includes serving as the Executive Board Member for the Historic Street YMCA in Atlanta, GA.
