The EDN Communication phased implementation approach is made up of three stages:  Assess, Design, and Implement. To move from each phase, reviews are conducted consistently with a reiterative process approach reviews of the following: contract and sign off, the project plan and sign off, training readiness testing and sign off, operations readiness testing and sign off, etc.. The review process enables the stakeholders to understand and reach consensus on project status and associated risks.
